Mark D. Taylor, Chapter 11 Trustee (hereafter “Trustee”), on behalf of both himself as Chapter 11 Trustee and on behalf of Kilpatrick Stockton LLP (hereafter “Kilpartrick Stockton”), counsel to the Chapter 11 Trustee, and the United States Trustee for Region 4, by and through their respective undersigned counsel, have agreed to extend the time upon which the United States Trustee may file his objection to the Fourth Interim Application of Mark D. Taylor, Chapter 11 Trustee, and Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, Counsel to the Chapter 11 Trustee for Allowance and Payment of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses for the Period from December 1, 2009 through October 31, 2010 (Dkt. No. 795) (hereafter, “Fee Application”).

The Trustee, Kilpatrick Stockton, and the United States Trustee have stipulated and agreed that the United States Trustee may have up to and including Monday, December 20, 2010, to file a comment, objection or other responsive pleading to the Fee Application.

WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Court approve and enter this Stipulation and Consent Order.
