THIS MATTER came before the Court for trial on October 23, 2002. The issues having been duly considered, and a decision having been duly rendered, for the reasons set forth in the Memorandum Opinion filed concurrently herewith,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the balance of the obligation of Jonathan King Bailey to pay Diana Lynn Bailey the sum of Ninety Thousand and no/100ths Dollars ($90,000.00) pursuant to the Decree of Divorce in Case No. FD 96-3519 in the District Court in and for Tulsa County Oklahoma be, and the same hereby is discharged in the bankruptcy case of Jonathan King Bailey, Case No. 01-05230-M.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this adversary proceeding be, and the same hereby is, dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear their own fees and costs.
