Monique D. Almy, Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”), and St. John Properties, Inc. (the “Applicant”), by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate to an extension of time in which the Trustee may respond to the two Applications for Payment of Chapter 7 Administrative Expense (the “Applications”) (Docket Nos. 166, 167), which was previously extended by stipulation of the parties to October 17, 2008, from October 17, 2008 through and including

November 7, 2008, or such other time as the Trustee and the Applicant may subsequently agree. The Trustee and the Applicant reserve the right to further stipulate to additional extensions of time in which the Trustee may respond to the Applications.
