IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Motion for Summary Judgment of Plaintiffs Matsuda, LLC, G.W. Chandler and Kathy Chandler, be and hereby is, GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff Matsuda, LLC is the lawful owner of the limestone contained on the realty that is the subject of the Compton Deed under authority of its surface source deeds.

This is a final and appealable Judgment and there is no just reason for delay.
