This Court has considered and granted the motion of the Chicago Truck Drivers, Helpers and Warehouse Workers Union (Independent) Pension Fund, the Chicago Truck Drivers, Helpers and Warehouse Workers Union (Independent) Health and Welfare Fund and the Chicago Truck Drivers, Helpers and Warehouse Workers Union (Independent) Severance Fund to file their claims late.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT any proofs of claims filed by the Chicago Truck Drivers, Helpers and Warehouse Workers Union (Independent) Pension Fund, the Chicago Truck Drivers, Helpers and Warehouse Workers Union (Independent) Health and Welfare Fund and the Chicago Truck Drivers, Helpers and Warehouse Workers Union (Independent) Severance Fund on or before October 15, 2004 shall be deemed timely filed.
