FINAL DECREE
STEPHEN ST. JOHN, United States Bankruptcy Judge.

WHEREAS, Camellia Food Stores, Inc., Eastern Shore Markets, Inc. and Bonnie Be-Lo Markets, Inc. (collectively the “Debtor”) each filed a voluntary petition under Title 11, Chapter 11, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on January 5, 2001; and

WHEREAS, an order was entered January 11, 2001, ordering the joint administration of the cases under the Camellia Food Stores, Inc. bankruptcy case number 01-70019-SCS.; and

WHEREAS, a Plan of Reorganization was proposed to the creditors and was confirmed by Order of this Court on August 8, 2002; and

WHEREAS, the Debtor has reported to this Court that the Plan of Reorganization has been substantially consummated; and

WHEREAS, Rule 3022 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure provides for the entry of a Final Decree; it is therefore that the Final Report of the Debtor is approved, the Motion for Final Decree

ORDERED is granted, and the case is closed.
