ORDER EXTENDING PERIOD OF INTERIM CASH MANAGEMENT ORDER (Docket No. 270)

THIS MATTER came on for hearing before the Honorable Patricia C. Williams on September 12, 2005 on the parties’ request to extend the period of the Interim Cash Management Order entered on February 25, 2005. The Court reviewed the files and records herein, heard argument of counsel, and was fully advised in the premises. NOW, THEREFORE,
IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREED as follows:
1. The Interim Cash Management Order entered February 25, 2005 (Docket No. 270) is continued in full force without alteration until November 14, 2005 unless previously modified by order of this Court.
2. A hearing to consider further extension and modification of the Interim Cash Management Order will be held on November 14, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. via telephone. The parties shall call 509-353-3183 to participate in the hearing.
