On February 22, 2010, Alan M. Grochal, the disbursing agent appointed pursuant to the Joint Plan of Liquidation of the Debtors and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors filed April 16, 2009 and confirmed on July 16, 2009 (the “Disbursing Agent”), filed an Omnibus Objection to Claims [Dkt. No. 291] (the “Objection”). In the Objection, the Disbursing Agent objected to the allowance of the claims of Citibank F.S.B. and its successors and/or assigns, including Citibank, N.A. (collectively, “Citibank”). See Objection Exh. B.

The Disbursing Agent and Citibank, by undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree that the deadline for Citibank to respond to the Disbursing Agent’s Objection is hereby extended to August 15, 2010.
