ORDER DISMISSING CASE

On December 28, 2006, Debtors Corey J. Chavis and LaTamara Chavis filed a joint voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 13, initiating Case No. 06-59328. On May 12, 2009, the Court entered an “Order Granting Motion to Sever Chapter 13 Case and Requiring Debtors to Take Certain Actions” (Docket # 95). The Order provided in relevant part:

IT IS ORDERED that no later than May 19, 2009, Debtor LaTamara Chavis must file and serve a proposed plan modification and a 20-day notice thereof, which proposes modifying the confirmed plan so that it applies only to LaTamara Chavis. The proposed plan modification must fully restate Debtor’s Plan as modified in light of the severance of the Debtors’ cases.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no later than May 19, 2009,
Debtor LaTamara Chavis must file Amended Schedules I and J.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Debtor LaTamara Chavis does not timely comply with this Order, the Court may dismiss this case without further notice or hearing.

To date, Debtor LaTamara Chavis has failed to comply with the requirements of the Court’s May 12, 2009 Order.

Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that this bankruptcy case is DISMISSED.
