ORDER REGARDING CLAIM NO. 2036 FILED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA-BIRMINGHAM

These matters come before the Court on the claim of the University of Alabama-Birmingham (“UAB”) [Claim No. 2036]; the Debtors’ First Omnibus Objection To Unsupported Claims [Docket No. 1347] (the “Objection”); UAB’s informal response to the Objection; and the parties’ agreement as represented herein.

The parties have now agreed that Claim No. 2036 is due to be disallowed and the Objection with respect to Claim No. 2036 of UAB is due to be sustained.

As such, due notice of the matters herein being given to all parties in interest; the Court having considered the positions of the parties, and having determined that the parties’ agreement is in the best interest of the Debtors, their creditors, and all parties in interest; and after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefore, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED andDECREED as follows:

1. The Debtors’ Objection to Claim No. 2036 filed by UAB is SUSTAINED.

2. Claim No. 2036 filed by UAB is DISALLOWED.
