Later on March 30, 2010, Debtor filed another voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7, initiating this case. Because Debtor may not have two Chapter 7 cases pending at the same time, and this is the second-filed of the two cases,
IT IS ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
