THIS MATTER comes on upon the objection of Donald F. King, Trustee (the “Trustee”) to the proof of claim (the “Claim”), identified as claim number 1798, filed by Makram Badrah (the “Claimant”), and

IT APPEARING that, for the reasons stated in open court, the Trustee’s objection to the Claim should be sustained; and that the Claim should be disallowed in its entirety, it is therefore

ORDERED that the Claim is hereby disallowed in its entirety.
