STIPULATION BETWEEN RYAN CONNORTON AND MIKE’S CUSTOM AUTOMOTIVE, INC. ON THE PAYMENT OF LATE CLAIMS

Now comes your Creditors, Mike’s Custom Automotive, Inc. by and through their attorneys, Kevin T. Olszewski and the Law Office of Kevin T. Olszewski, Esquire and Ryan Connorton, in proper person, and the parties stipulate as follows:
1. Both parties filed their Proof of Claim(s) beyond the Proof of Claim filing deadline.
2. The Trustee’s Final Report of September 16, 2009 allowed for full payment of Ryan Connorton’s claim but only partial payment of Mike’s Custom Automotive, Inc.’s claim.
3. Mike’s Custom Automotive, Inc.’s counsel initiated correspondence to the Trustee on both September 28, 2009 and October 6, 2009 objecting to the partial payment especially when Ryan Connorton’s claim was filed after his claim.
4. Ryan Connorton and Mike’s Custom Automotive, Inc.’s have reached an agreement wherein Ryan Connorton has agreed that Mike’s Custom Automotive, Inc.’s claim shall be paid in full in the amount of $3,416.05 thereby reducing Ryan Connorton’s claim and pay out to $105,494.63.
5. By agreement of Mike’s Custom Automotive, Inc. and Ryan Connorton, they stipulate and consent to the payment to Mike’s Custom Automotive, Inc. (payable to his counsel) claim in the

amount of $3,406.05 and to Ryan Connorton’s claim in the amount of $105,494.63 and the Trustee joins in this stipulation to resolve the open issue.
