Upon the hearing of the Reorganized Debtors’ Sixth Omnibus Objection to Claims — Objection to Claims Asserted Against the Holding Company Debtors (the “Sixth Omnibus Objection”) seeking entry of an order disallowing and/or reclassifying certain claims, as appropriate; and no previous application having been made; the Court having jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334; the Court finding that this a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 (b)(2); upon consideration of the Sixth Omnibus Objection[2] and no responses thereto having been filed or the Court having sustained the Sixth Omnibus Objection; due and proper notice of the Sixth Omnibus Objection having been given; and the Court having determined that just cause exists for the relief granted herein; it is hereby

ORDERED that the hearing on each Objection listed on ExhibitA to this Order shall be continued to September 15, 2004, at 11:00 a.m.; and it is further
ORDERED that the Reorganized Debtors reserve their rights to object to any Claim listed on any Exhibit to this order for any reason.
