filed by Arvest Bank (Docket Entry 260), the Debtor (Docket Entry 262) and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (Docket Entry 263) came before this Court for hearing. An appearance was entered at the hearing by Leonard Pataki on behalf of the Debtors.

Based upon the record made at the hearing, this Court finds that the Motion Requesting Valuation Hearing and Motion for Adequate Protection should be denied for nonappearance.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion Requesting Valuation Hearing and Motion for Adequate Protection filed by Bank of Gravett, is hereby denied for nonappearance.
