Having considered the Motion for Approval of Rejection of Non-Residential Leases of Real Property (Tulsa Locations) filed by Debtors concerning the leases of the former store locations located 2415 East Admiral Place, Tulsa, Oklahoma (“Admiral Store”) and 5616 West Skelly Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma (“Skelly Store”), and good cause exists therefor, the Motion is hereby granted, and the rejection of leases is hereby approved.
