ORDER CONCERNING TRANSFER OF AUTOMOBILE TITLES
TOM CORNISH, Bankruptcy Judge

The Court has considered the Motion for Supplemental Order Concerning Transfer of Automobile Titles filed in this bankruptcy proceeding by Debtors, filed herein on December 27, 2004. Finding that no objections to same have been filed and that all required notices of said Motion have been properly served, it is of the opinion that said Motion should be granted. It is therefore,

ORDERED that the Debtors are hereby authorized to transfer title to the vehicles listed on Exhibit A to the Motion without the payment of any transfer tax, or other assessment thereon, and Sallisaw Tag Agency, or any other authorized title transfer agent, is hereby authorized and directed to make such transfers.

The Movant Shall Notify All Interested Parties of This Order
