Determine Rejection Damages (James H. McKay dba Cleaning Solutions) filed by Debtor (Docket Entry 873) with Objection thereto filed by James H. McKay (Docket Entry 939) came before this Court for hearing. An appearance was entered at the hearing by Sam Bratton on behalf of the Debtor. No one appeared at the hearing on behalf of James H. McKay.

Based upon the record made at the hearing, this Court finds that the Motion should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion to Approve Rejection of Executory Contract and to Determine Rejection Damages (James H. McKay dba Cleaning Solutions) filed by Debtor is hereby granted.
