IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that judgment be, and hereby is, entered on the complaint in favor of Defendant John Edwin Devaul, Jr., and against Plaintiff, Joann Strzesynski. Defendant is entitled to entry of an order of discharge in underlying chapter 7 Case. No. 02-32251 pending in this court. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees.
