ORDER GRANTING AMB-SGP CIF-I, LLC RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY
The Court has considered the Motion of AMB-SGP CTF-I, LLC (“AMB”) for Relief from the Automatic Stay (the “Motion”). Counsel for AMB has represented that, after proper notice and timely service of the motion under Local Bankruptcy Rule 4001(d), no opposition to the Motion exists. Accordingly, the Motion is due to be GRANTED. Therefore, it is

ORDERED that the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362 is lifted for purposes of allowing AMB-SGP CTF-I, LLC to exercise its rights under the Lease, dated April 6, 2001, by and between AMB and Air Systems, Inc., and applicable law, including, but not limited to, any and all action to remove the Debtor from possession of the premises known as 2952 Alvarado Street, Units A-3, San Leandro, California, 94577, as well as to dispose of any personal property of the Debtor pursuant to applicable State law.
