BRIDGE ORDER EXTENDING PERIOD OF TIME WITHIN WHICH DEBTORS MUST ASSUME OR REJECT UNEXPIRED LEASES OF NONRESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY UNTIL HEARING ON APRIL 30, 2003

Upon consideration of the emergency motion (the “Motion”) of Encompass Services Corporation and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, as debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the “Debtors”), for a bridge order extending the period of time within which the Debtors must assume or reject unexpired leases of nonresidential real property by nine (9) days until a hearing may be held (the “Motion”); and the Court being satisfied that the relief requested in the Motion is in the best interests of the Debtors and their estates; and it appearing that due notice of this Motion has been given and that no other or further notice be given and sufficient cause appearing therefor, it is
ORDERED that the Motion is granted; and it is further
ORDERED that the deadline for the Debtors to assume or reject unexpired leases of nonresidential real property under which the Debtors are lessees is extended to and through April 30, 2003; and it is further
ORDERED that, should the hearing on the Debtors’ Expedited Motion For Order Further Extending The Period Within Which Debtors Must Assume or Reject Unexpired Leases Of Nonresidential Real Property (“Further Extension Order”) be continued beyond April 30, 2003, this Order shall continue in effect until a resolution of the Further Extension Order may be obtained.
