On this day, the Court considered the Disbursing Agent’s Objection to Proofs of Claim Nos. 910, 911, and 3825 Filed by CIT Technology Financing Services, Inc. in Case Nos. 02-43582, 02-43582, and 02-43583, respectively (Docket #3876) (the “Objection”). The Court, after reviewing the Objection, considering the arguments of counsel and considering the evidence, finds that the Objection has been properly served pursuant to the Federal and Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, that the Court has jurisdiction of this matter, and that the Objection is well taken and should be sustained.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED, that the Objection is SUSTAINED, and proofs of claim numbers 910, 911, and 3825 filed by CIT Technology Financing Services, Inc. in Bankruptcy Case Nos. 02-43582, 02-43582, and 02-43583, respectively, are denied in their entirety.
