ORDER GRANTING MOTION BY NSTAR ELECTRIC FOR RELIEF FROM THE AUTOMATIC STAY FOR CAUSE OR, IN TILE ALTERNATIVE FOR TILE GRANT OF ADEQUATE PROTECTION

NSTAR Electric and its subsidiaries Boston Edison Company, Commonwealth Electric Company, and Cambridge Electric Light Company (collectively, “NSTAR Electric”), having moved this Court for relief from the automatic stay or, in the alternative, for adequate protection in accordance with 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(1); and the motion having come on for a hearing in open court on January 15, 2002; and no objection having been filed against the motion; and the Debtors having advised the Court at the hearing that they do not oppose the motion; and upon due deliberation, and for good cause shown, it is
ORDERED, the automatic stay is lifted to permit NSTAR Electric to terminate the Default Service Power Supply Agreement dated March 29, 2001, between NSTAR Electric and debtor Enron Power Marketing Inc.; and it is further
ORDERED, that the Court waives the requirement of Local Bankruptcy Rule 9013-1(b) with respect to the submission of a memorandum of law in support of the motion.
