Examiner, Pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7037 for an Order Compelling the Production of Documents by KPMG LLP, or, in the Alternative, Pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2004, for an Order Directing the Production of Documents by KPMG LLP (the “Hearing”); it is

ORDERED, that the transcript of the Hearing shall not be submitted to the clerk’s office or otherwise placed on the docket; and it is further

ORDERED, that copies of the transcript may only be provided to the Chambers of the Honorable Arthur J. Gonzalez under seal, to counsel for Harrison J. Goldin, the Examiner for Enron North America Corp., and to counsel for KPMG LLP.
