The Court has considered the Motion of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, d/b/a Red Willow Production Company to Withdraw Application for Payment of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses for Substantial Contribution to the bankruptcy estate of Enron North America Corporation (“Motion to Withdraw”) (Doc. No. 27399) and finds that it should be granted. It is, therefore,

ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw is granted and the Application of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, d/b/a Red Willow Production Company for Payment of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses for Substantial Contribution to the bankruptcy estate of Enron North America Corporation (Doc. No. 21750) is dismissed with prejudice.
