ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR ORDER EXTENDING DEADLINE FOR SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION TO FILE PROOF OF CLAIM

The Court, having considered the “Motion For Order Extending Deadline For Securities And Exchange Commission To File Proof Of Claim” (the “Motion”)[1] filed by the Debtors, finds that:
(i) notice of the Motion was appropriate under the circumstances;
(ii) the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) affirmed its support of the Motion on the record at the July 27, 2005 hearing;
(iii) no opposition to the Motion was filed; and
(iv) good cause has been shown for the relief requested in the Motion.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. The Motion is granted as set forth below and as reflected in the record of the hearing.
2. The deadline by which the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) must file a proof(s) of claim in these cases is extended through and including November 1, 2005.
3. Any claims filed by the SEC in these cases will not be secured or priority

claims.
4. No later than three (3) business days after the date of this order, the Debtors are directed to serve a copy of the order in accordance with the Court’s order establishing notice procedures and are directed to file a certificate of service no later than two (2) business days after service.
