ORDER REGARDING PRESERVATION OF DOCUMENTS

This matter came before the Court on the Motion of BP Products North America, Inc. (“BP”) for an Order Requiring Preservation of Documents Potentially Related to Pending Adversary Proceeding and Contested Matters (the “Motion”); and Keith L. Phillips (the “Trustee”), the duly appointed Chapter 11 Trustee for the above-captioned debtors (the “Debtors”), and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) having agreed with BP to resolve the Motion; and on the objection of Fas Mart Petroleum, Inc. (“FMP”) to the Stipulated Order agreed to by those parties, and the argument of counsel at the hearing in this matter;
It is hereby ORDERED that:
1. FMP shall retain and preserve all records in its possession or control related to relationships between and among any of the Debtors, BP and/or FMP (and the respective directors, officers, or shareholders of any of them), until all matters with BP are concluded in these bankruptcy cases.
