Kolleck, on all counts of the Adversary Complaint, Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Defendant and against the Plaintiff on the Adversary Complaint, Counts I through IV inclusive.

Further, the Court having determined that the Debtor is entitled to his claim of homestead exemption in the residential real estate, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Thomas R. Kolleck’s Objection to the Debtor’s claim of exemptions is DENIED and the Debtor’s exemptions are ALLOWED as claimed.
