ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION REGARDING ARAMARK SERVICEMASTER FACILITY SERVICES CLAIM AGAINST SHERMAN WIRE COMPANY (F/K/A DESOTO, INC.) PURSUANT TO FED. R. BANKR. P. 9019

Upon the Motion[2] of Sherman Wire Company (f/k/a Desoto, Inc.) (“Sherman Wire”), one of the above-captioned debtors and debtors in possession (the “Debtors”) seeking entry of an order approving the Stipulation; and the Court having jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334; and the Court finding that this is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157 (b)(2); and upon consideration of the Motion; and due and proper notice of the Motion having been given; and the parties having executed the Stipulation; and the Court having determined that just cause exists for the relief granted herein; it is hereby
ORDERED that the Stipulation is approved in its entirety; and it is further
ORDERED that Claim 2820 shall be allowed as a general unsecured claim against Sherman Wire in the amount of $233,003.70 for all purposes; and it is further
ORDERED that other than Claim 2820 being allowed, neither party to the Stipulation shall have any rights or obligations under the Agreement; and it is further
ORDERED that this Court shall retain jurisdiction to hear and determine all matters arising from or relating to the implementation of this Order.
