ORDER APPROVING MONTHLY APPLICATION OF HASSELBERG, ROCK, BELL KUPPLER LLP FOR ALLOWANCE AND PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES AS SPECIAL COUNSEL FOR THE DEBTORS FOR THE PERIOD APRIL 1, 2005 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2005

Upon the Monthly Application of Hasselberg, Rock, Bell
Kuppler LLP for Allowance and Payment of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses as Special Counsel for the Debtors for the Period April 1, 2005 through April 30, 2005 (the “Application”) filed by Hasselberg, Rock, Bell Kuppler LLP (“HRBK”); the Court having reviewed the Application and the Certification of

Jeffrey B. Rock in support thereof; and the Court finding that: (a) the Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334, (b) this is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2), (c) notice of the Application was sufficient under the circumstances and no objections or requests for hearing have been filed, and (d) the legal and factual bases set forth in the Application, the Certification of Jeffrey B. Rock in favor thereof establish just cause for the relief granted herein;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. The Application shall be, and hereby is, granted in all respects.

2. HRBK shall be, and hereby is, granted a monthly allowance of compensation of $259.00 for services rendered from April 1, 2005 through April 30, 2005 (which represents 80% of the total fees incurred in the amount of $323.75). The Debtors shall be, and hereby are, authorized to pay to HRBK from the Debtors’ estate these amounts, subject to final review and recoupment.
