This Case is before the Court upon Debtors’ Motion for Confirmation of their Fourth Amended Plan and the Chapter 13 Trustee’s Objection to Confirmation of the Plan. Upon Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law separately entered, it is ORDERED:

1. The Chapter 13 Trustee’s Objection to Debtors’ Fourth Amended Plan is sustained.

2. Debtors’ shall have two (2) weeks from the date of this order to propose a new plan payment of at least $2,981.64
