ORDER UNDER 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a), 502(b) AND 502(e) AND FED.R.BANKR.P. 3007 DISALLOWING CLAIM OF ERIC LEFKOFSKY (CLAIM NO. 2302)

Upon consideration of the Objection To And Request For Disallowance Of The Claim Of Eric Lefkofsky (the “Objection”); and the Court having jurisdiction to hear the Objection; and it appearing that sufficient notice of the Objection has been given; and it appearing that the relief requested by the Objection is in the best interests of the Debtors’ estates; and good cause having been shown; it is hereby
ORDERED that the Objection is sustained; and it is further
ORDERED that, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a), 502(b) and 502(e) and Fed.R.Bankr.P. 3007, the claim filed by Eric Lefkofsky (the “Claimant”), claim no. 2302, shall be disallowed in its entirety; and it is further
ORDERED that this Court shall retain jurisdiction over the Liquidating Trust and the Claimant with respect to any matters related to or arising from the implementation of this Order.
