ORDER REGARDING CLAIMS OF TR KOLL FLORHAM PARK CORP.

This cause coming to be heard upon the Objection To Claims Of TR Koll Florham Park Corp. (the “Objection”); sufficient notice of the Objection having been given; the Court having heard any arguments of counsel; and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises; it is hereby ordered that:
A. Claim no. 2155 of TR Koll Florham Park Corp. shall be allowed as a non-priority, unsecured claim in the amount of $180,174.11. All other claims of TR Koll Florham Park Corp., whether filed or scheduled, shall be disallowed.
B. This Order resolves all objections of the Post-Confirmation Committee Of Unsecured Creditors to the claims of TR Koll Florham Park Corp. which are not the subject of a prior order.
