ORDER SUSTAINING OMNIBUS OBJECTION TO REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE CLAIMS AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROOFS OF CLAIM

This cause coming to be heard on the continued hearing on the Omnibus Objection of the Post-Confirmation Committee (the “PCC”) of Unsecured Creditors of HA2003, Inc., Formerly Known as HA-LO Industries, Inc., et al., to Administrative Expense Claims and Administrative Proofs of Claims Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(A), 502, 503(b)(1) and 507(a) and Fed.R.Bankr.P. 3007 (the “Administrative Objection”); notice of the Administrative Objection having been given to all affected creditors; the Administrative Objection having been continued from July 21, 2004; and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:[1]

1. The Administrative Objection is continued to October 19, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. with respect to TR Koll Florham Park.

2. Claim no. 2017 of Cap America shall be allowed as a pre-petition, unsecured claim in the amount of $16,251.28. This agreement and this Order shall not prejudice Cap America’s right to seek allowance of a reclamation claim; nor shall it prejudice the HA2003 Liquidating Trust’s right to object to such claim.

3. The Administrative Objection is sustained as to claim no. 2009 of FMC Corporation, and accordingly, such claim is disallowed.

4. By agreement between the PCC and Dell Receivables, L.P., claim no. 314 shall be allowed as a pre-petition unsecured claim in the amount of $8,130.38. This agreement and this Order shall not prejudice Dell Receivables, L.P.’s or Dell Marketing L.P.’s right to seek allowance of a reclamation claim; nor shall it prejudice the HA2003 Liquidating Trust’s right to object to such claim.

5. This Court shall retain jurisdiction over the PCC and the Claimants whose claims are subject to the Administrative Objection with respect to any matters related to or arising from the implementation of this Order.

6. This Order is without prejudice to the rights of the HA2003 Liquidating Trust and the PCC to object to any other claims in these chapter 11 cases or to further object to any Administrative Claims objected to herein, not otherwise deemed allowed, on any basis or for any reason, subject to the terms of the Plan.

7. This Order is a final order, and the Administrative Objection and this Order constitute a core proceeding.
