ORDER AUTHORIZING THE HA. 2003 LIQUIDATING TRUST TO SETTLE CLAIMS AGAINST ROBYN WETZEL

Upon the Motion (the “Motion”)[1] of the HA2003 Liquidating Trust (the “Trust”), successor-in-interest to the rights of the former Debtors and Debtors-in-Possession, HA2003, Inc. formerly known as HA-LO Industries, Inc. (“HA-LO”), LW2003, Inc, formerly known as Lee Wayne Corporation (“Lee Wayne”) and Starbelly.com, Inc. (“Starbelly” and collectively with HA-LO and Lee Wayne referred to as the “Debtors”), seeking entry of an Order authorizing the Trust to settle the Adversary Proceeding and Arbitration against Robyn Wetzel (“Wetzel”) pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement; and it appearing that this Court has jurisdictio over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334; and it appearing that this proceeding is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(a); and it appearing that the relief requested in the Motion is in the best interests of the Debtors and their estates and creditors; and after due deliberation and cause appearing therefor; it is hereby
ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED; and it is further
ORDERED that Trust is authorized to settle the Adversary Proceeding arid Arbitration against Wetzel pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement; and it is further

ORDERED that the Trust is authorized to take any and all necessary and appropriate steps to perform under the Settlement Agreement; and it is further
ORDERED that the Court shall retain jurisdiction with respect to any matters, claims, rights or disputes arising from or related to the implementation of this Order
