This matter came to be heard upon the Motion For Leave To File Proof Of Claim After Bar Date Or, In The Alternative, To Deem A.D.R. Statement Of Claim As Informal Claim (the “Motion”) filed with the Court by Carolyn Sharpe (the “Movant”), pursuant to F.R. Bankr. P. 3003 and 9006.

It appearing that proper notice of the Motion has been served on all necessary parties in the above-captioned case, that no objection or written response has been filed with this Court, that granting the Motion without hearing would be just and proper in this case, and that good and sufficient cause has been shown, it is hereby

ORDERED and DECREED that:

1. The Motion be, and hereby is, granted;

2. Movant has leave to file her Proof of Claim in this case after the bar date previously established by the Court in this case; and

3. Movant shall forthwith file her Proof of Claim and serve a copy of same on all necessary parties.
