ORDER REGARDING DEBTORS’ FOURTH OMNIBUS OBJECTION TO CERTAIN GENERAL UNSECURED CLAIMS (January 12, 2005 Hearing)

This matter comes before the Court on the Debtors’ Fourth Omnibus Objection to Certain General Unsecured Claims (the “Objection”) filed by the above-captioned debtors (the “Debtors”). The Court, having reviewed the Objection and having heard the statement of counsel in support of the relief requested herein; and having determined that the proposed claim treatment is warranted under the circumstances; it is hereby
ORDERED as follows:
1. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Objection. This Order affects only the claims identified herein and on Exhibits 1-2 to this Order.
2. Exhibit 1 to this Order (“Continued Claims”) identifies the claims of claimants, the objections to which have not been resolved yet. The hearing on the Objection as it relates to the Continued Claims has been continued to the hearing date set for February 8, 2005, at 2:00 p.m.

3. The claim identified in Exhibit 2 (“Allowed Claim”) to this Order has been resolved in the manner identified in Exhibit 2 to the Order.
4. Except to the extent expressly allowed herein, the Debtors maintain the right to object further to any and all claims, whether or not the subject of this Objection, on any grounds as allowed by applicable law.
The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this Order to the parties on the attached Service List.
