On this day, the Court having considered the Motion of the United Mine Workers of America for Temporary Allowance of Claim for Purposes of Voting on Plan of Reorganization, Supporting Memorandum, and any oppositions thereto, for good cause shown, it is hereby

ORDERED, pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 3018(a) that the United Mine Workers of America shall have a temporarily-allowed general unsecured claim of $565,692,973 for purposes of voting on Debtors’ Second Amended Plan of Reorganization.

Pursuant to Local Rule 9022-1(c), Bradley J. Pyles, counsel for the UMWA, shall cause a copy of this order to be served on each of the parties designated to receive this order pursuant to Local Rule 9022-1(a) and shall file with the court a certificate of service of the order upon such parties within ten (10) days hereof
