In this Chapter 7 bankruptcy case the U.S. Trustee’s “Motion to Disqualify Perkins Coie, Vacate Employment Order, and Disgorge and Disallow Fees”, and Perkins Coie LLP’s objection thereto having been heard after notice and decided, and an Order and Memorandum of Decision having been entered on this date granting the U.S. Trustee’s Motion by the Court, Honorable Ralph B. Kirscher, United States Bankruptcy Judge, presiding, now therefore,

IT IS ORDERED and ADJUDGED and JUDGMENT is hereby entered against Perkins Coie LLP (“Perkins”); this Court’s Order authorizing the Debtor to employ Perkins entered June 28, 2001, is VACATED; Perkins isDISQUALIFIED from employment by the Debtor in this case ab initio; and Perkins shall disgorge all compensation, professional fees, and costs received from the Debtor or the estate during the pendency of this bankruptcy case, except to the extent
