A.J.B. Limited Partnership (“AJB”) and Scott D. Field, Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”), agree and stipulate that AJB shall have including November 26, 2007 to respond to the Renewed Motion to Reject Agreement for Deed [Docket No. 44] filed by the Trustee on or about October 31, 2007.
Upon consideration of the foregoing, it is, by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland,

ORDERED, that AJB shall have through and including November 26, 2007 to file a response to the Renewed Motion to Reject Agreement of Deed.
