OMNIBUS SCHEDULING ORDER WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN MOTIONS FOR RELIEF FROM THE AUTOMATIC STAY

Upon the request of Kmart Corporation and certain of its domestic subsidiaries and affiliates, debtors and debtors-in-possession in the above-captioned cases, with respect to the motions identified on Exhibit A hereto (collectively, the “Motions”).
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the initial hearing on the Motions shall be on May 9, 2002, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Central Time). Such hearing shall be the initial presentment date for purposes of Local Rule 402(f).
