ORDER ON OMNIBUS OBJECTION ASSERTED CURE CLAIMS

Upon the Omnibus Objection to Asserted Cure Claims dated June 20, 2002 (the “Omnibus Objection,” Docket No. 4358), wherein Kmart Corporation (“Kmart”) and certain of its domestic subsidiaries and affiliates, debtors and debtors in possession in the above-captioned cases (collectively, the “Debtors”), objected to various asserted claims for cure amounts under 11 U.S.C. § 365 (b) that accrued through January 22, 2002 (“Cure Claims”), in accordance with the Order (a) Establishing Bidding Procedures in Connection with the Sale of Certain Leases Including, Without Limitation, Termination Fee Provisions, (b) approving the Form and Manner of Notice of Sale, (c) Approving Forms of Purchase Agreement and Termination Agreement, (d) Setting a Hearing Date to Consider Approval of the Sale, and (e) Granting Related Relief (Docket No. 2978); it appearing to the court that proper and adequate notice of the Omnibus Objection has been given and that no other or further notice is necessary; and upon the record herein after due deliberation thereon; the Court should grant the relief as set forth herein,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED THAT:
1. The Cure Claims listed on the attached Exhibit 1, have been jointly resolved by the Debtors and the claimants set forth on Exhibit 1.
