Upon consideration of Kmart’s Twelfth Omnibus Objections to Claims (Docket No. 17013) (the “Objection”), this Objection shall be continued for a status hearing with respect to claim numbers 54821 and 55061 in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Order Under 11 U.S.C. § 102, 105, and 502 and F.R.Bankr.P. 3007 Disallowing and Expunging or Otherwise Reducing or Reclassifying Certain Claims Set Forth in the Twelfth Omnibus Objection (Docket No. 18287) and any subsequent order setting status hearings for such continued claims. Any provision in the Order Under 11 U.S.C. § 102, 105, and 502 and F.R.Bankr.P. 3007 Disallowing and Expunging or Otherwise Reducing or Reclassifying Certain Claims Set Forth in the Twelfth Omnibus Objection (Docket No. 18287) inconsistent with the foregoing is hereby vacated.
