ORDER VACATING ORDER DISALLOWING AND EXPUNGING, REDUCING, RECLASSIFYING OR ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS SET FORTH IN THE SEVENTH OMNIBUS OBJECTION TO CLAIMS WITH RESPECT TO PROOF OF CLAIM NUMBER 27755 AND CONTINUING THE OBJECTION FOR A STATUS HEARING WITH RESPECT TO PROOF OF CLAIM NUMBER 27755

Upon consideration of Kmart’s Seventh Omnibus Objection to Claims [Docket No. 13071] (the “Objection”), this Objection shall be continued for a status hearing with respect to proof of claim number 27755 (the “Claim”). Any provision in the Order Disallowing and Expunging or Otherwise Reducing, Reclassifying or Allowing Certain Claims Set Forth in the Seventh Omnibus Objection [Docket No. 15715] (the “Seventh Omnibus Order”) inconsistent with the foregoing is hereby vacated. All other provisions of the Seventh Omnibus Order shall remain in full force and effect. This Order is without prejudice to Kmart’s right to object to any other claims in these chapter 11 cases or to further object to the Claim.
