ORDER PARTIALLY VACATING ORDER UNDER 11 U.S.C. §§ 102, 105, AND 502 AND FED. R. BANKR. P. 3007 DISALLOWING AND EXPUNGING OR OTHERWISE REDUCING OR RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN CLAIMS SET FORTH IN THE NINETEENTH OMNIBUS OBJECTION WITH RESPECT TO CLAIM NUMBER 6999

Upon consideration of Kmart’s Nineteenth Omnibus Objection to Claims (Docket No. 20650) (the “Objection”), this Objection shall be continued for a status hearing with respect to claim number 6999, in accordance with paragraph 5 of the Order Under 11 U.S.C. §§ 102, 105, and 502 and Fed.R.Bankr.P. 3007 Disallowing and Expunging or Otherwise Reducing or Reclassifying Certain Claims Set Forth in the Nineteenth Omnibus Objection (Docket No. 23791) and any subsequent order setting status hearings for such continued claims. Claimant for Claim Number 6999 shall have 60 days to file its response to the Objection. Any provision in the Order Under 11 U.S.C. §§ 102, 105, and 502 and Fed.R.Bankr.P. 3007 Disallowing and Expunging or Otherwise Reducing or Reclassifying Certain Claims Set Forth in the Nineteenth Omnibus Objection (Docket No. 23791) inconsistent with the foregoing is hereby vacated.
