AGREED ORDER

This matter came before this Court for hearing on the Motion for Relief from Stay filed by Green Tree — AL, LLC f/k/a Conseco Finance Servicing Corporation (hereinafter “Green Tree”). Notice was given. Appearances were noted in the record. Based upon the pleadings, the arguments by counsel for the parties and the affidavit filed by Green Tree, it appears to the Court that the Motion is due to be granted.

It is ORDERED as follows:

1. The automatic stay is hereby terminated and Green Tree is allowed to repossess and dispose of its collateral, One (1) 1988 Fleetwood Homes 14×66 mobile home, S/N: GAFLH07A14932EW including any and all accessories, furniture, fixtures and appliances pursuant to State Law.
2. That the Claim filed by Green Tree shall be reduced to the amount paid.
3. That Green Tree may file any deficiency claims necessary that result from the repossession and disposal of collateral as that amount is determined. It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that by consent of the parties such relief from automatic stay shall be effective immediately, as permitted by Rule 4001 (a) (3) of the Bankruptcy Rules.
