Mark J. Friedman, Chapter 7 Trustee for the Bankruptcy Estate of John Edward Longley and Heather Leanne Longley (the “Trustee”), and John Edward Longley and Heather Leanne Longley (the “Debtors”), by their counsel, Ronald J. Drescher, hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
2. The meeting of creditors was held on January 16, 2009.
3. Debtors’ counsel and the Trustee have been communicating regarding documents and information the Trustee needs to determine the outcome of the case and both Debtors’
counsel and the Trustee believe it is appropriate to extend the deadline for all parties to object to the Debtors’ discharge until all documents and information have been provided.
4. The Trustee and the Debtors agree, therefore, that the time to object to the Debtors’ discharge should be extended for all persons by sixty (60) days from the date of entry of this Order.
The time for filing a complaint objecting to discharge of the Debtor under Section 727 of the Bankruptcy Code is extended for all persons by sixty (60) days from the date of entry of this Order.
