The above-captioned debtors and debtors-in-possession (the “Debtors”), by and through their undersigned counsel, Hunton Williams LLP, and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”), by and through its undersigned counsel, Arent Fox LLP, have agreed to extend the deadline for the Committee to file an objection or otherwise respond to the Debtors’ Disclosure Statement (Docket No. 362) so that the parties can continue to negotiate and resolve the Committee’s issues and concerns with respect to the relief requested and the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement. The Debtors and the Committee agree and stipulate that any objections or other responses to the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement shall be considered timely filed if filed by the Committee on or before 4:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday,February 19, 2009.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS

ORDERED, that any objection or other response to the Disclosure Statement filed by the Committee shall be considered timely filed if filed with the Clerk of the Court and served on or before 4:00 p.m. (EST) on Thursday, February 19, 2009.
