ORDER DENYING DEBTOR’S “APPLICATION FOR WAIVER OF THE CHAPTER 7 FILING FEE FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO CANNOT PAY THE FILING FEE IN FULL OR IN INSTALLMENTS” (DOCKET # 7)

This case is before the Court on an application for waiver of the Chapter 7 filing fee filed by Debtor on February 24, 2010, entitled “Application For Waiver of the Chapter 7 Filing Fee for Individuals Who Cannot Pay the Filing Fee In Full Or In Installments,” (Docket # 7). On March 12, 2010, the Court entered an order entitled “Order Requiring Supplementation of Debtor’s Application For Waiver of the Chapter 7 Filing Fee for Individuals Who Cannot Pay the Filing Fee In Full Or In Installments,” (Docket # 16). The Order provided, in relevant part:
IT IS ORDERED that no later than March 31, 2010, the Debtor must file a supplement to the application for waiver of the Chapter 7 filing fee, which provides detailed information regarding the $2,106.00 payroll deduction reported on Debtor’s Schedule I.
The Debtor failed to file a supplement by the deadline, and to date has not filed any such supplement. For this reason,
IT IS ORDERED that Debtor’s Application (Docket # 7), is DENIED. Debtor must pay the Chapter 7 filing fee in full within seven days from the date of this Order.
