THIS MATTER having come on for hearing on the Objection to Claim, Unsworn Declaration in Support of Objection, and Notice of Right to File Response (the “Objection”) filed by the Summit Unsecured Creditors’ Committee, by and through its counsel, Southwell O’Rourke, P.S., with respect to the Proofs of Claim filed by Robert and Paulma J. Allord (“Claimant”), under claim docket numbers 1794 and 1795, and the parties hereby agree to the entry of this Order, and the objection being made upon the best information available to the Summit Unsecured Creditors’ Committee; now therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Claimant shall be allowed as a general unsecured claim the total sum of $2,075.19 on account of Proofs of Claim numbers 1794 and 1795.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the preferred stock claim(s) of Claimants is disallowed as a general unsecured claim in its entirety.
